4 Favourite Airlines I Love To Fly With!

Hello, my beautiful angels! I hope you all doing well! Some of my fans and blog readers have told me that they have never flown because they do have flight phobia. I always advised you guys not to be afraid, there is nothing wrong with flying. Traveling is an awesome way of discovering the world and learning. I remembered the first time I set my feet in The Netherlands, I was blown away. I loved how tidy Schipol airport, my new friends then, the beautiful perfumery shops, I remembered buying so many perfumes then and also some drinks, chocolate, mp3 players and more for friends and family in Nigeria. Close to where I used to live back then, I used to buy my channel chance perfume at the Ici paris xl shop in Amsterdam. Shopping in The Netherlands is great. My friends, family in the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa and other parts of the world, I truly recommend your visit to The Netherlands. Below are some of the airlines I enjoy flying with

The reason I prefer these above-mentioned airlines is due to their top-notch customer services and considerations. For example, a Few years ago, I used to fly business class with KLM, ( how come you may ask? Can I afford it? No, I can’t, but then KLM they allowed us to swop sits). I truly enjoyed their food as well. Emirate airlines ladies do dress very well. I do advice you guys to buy tickets online as well on www.cheaptickets.nl and via tui.nl, they do have very affordable tickets. In Nigeria, there are also great airlines such as Arik air, easy jet, aero contractors British airways and airpeace Nigeria. These airlines fly national and international.

Hallo iedereen! Ik hoop dat het goed gaat met jullie allemaal! Sommige van mijn fans en blog-lezers hebben me verteld dat ze nog nooit gevlogen hebben omdat ze wel vluchtfobie hebben. Ik heb jullie altijd geadviseerd om niet bang te zijn, er is niets mis met vliegen. Reizen is een geweldige manier om de wereld te ontdekken en te leren. Ik herinnerde me de eerste keer dat ik in Nederland kwam,, ik werd weggeblazen. Ik hield van hoe opgeruimd de luchthaven van Schiphol, mijn nieuwe vrienden, de prachtige parfumeriewinkels, ik herinnerde me dat ik toen al zoveel parfums kocht en ook wat drankjes, chocolade, mp3-spelers en meer voor vrienden en familie in Nigeria. In de buurt van waar ik toen woonde, kocht ik mijn kanaalkansparfum in de winkel Ici paris xl in Amsterdam. Winkelen in Nederland is geweldig. Mijn vrienden, familie in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de Verenigde Staten, Zuid-Afrika en andere delen van de wereld, ik raad je echt aan om naar Nederland te komen. Hieronder zijn enkele van de luchtvaartmaatschappijen waarmee ik graag vlieg.

De reden dat ik de voorkeur geef aan deze bovengenoemde luchtvaartmaatschappijen is te danken aan hun uitstekende klantenservice en overwegingen. Een paar jaar geleden vloog ik bijvoorbeeld businessclasses met KLM (hoe komt het dat u zich afvraagt? Kan ik het betalen? Nee, dat kan ik niet, maar toen hebben KLM ons toegestaan om te slopen). Ik heb echt genoten van hun eten. Emiraatluchtvaartmaatschappijen kleden zich heel goed. Ik raad jullie aan om ook online kaarten te kopen op www.cheaptickets.nl en via tui.nl, ze hebben zeer betaalbare tickets. In Nigeria zijn er ook grote luchtvaartmaatschappijen zoals Arik air, easy jet, aero contractors British airways en airpeace Nigeria. Deze luchtvaartmaatschappijen vliegen nationaal en internationaal.

My Favourite Football Players!

Hello, my adorable friends and family! I hope you all are doing well. Today, one of my cool blog readers gave me a very cool idea to share with you guys my top four football player. I was very thrilled with the idea! I have never written about football players, I am very sorry guys. I love sports a lot, Actually, when I was in secondary school in Nigeria, Saint Brigid’s girl’s grammar school, I was the best hockey player.

I love these guys football skills and am a huge big fan of theirs, my healthcare tip for them is to exercise regularly, play carefully in the football field and avoid injuries. Hello, my amazing angels! I hope you all are doing well! Today I have decided to inspire you on five top business ideas you can venture in 2018! I have been a beauty and business consultant for several years now. I have helped several of my colleagues, family members, and friends to find a job, start their own businesses and also helped them with their social media and digital marketing ( business development) I am currently the student mentor of the University of Dundee in Scotland, I coach freshers(new students) on how to earn good grades during their studies, finance, find a job, start their own business,socializing, management etc especially by writing on the school blog and via WhatsApp messenger.

My Daddy has been a building contractor in Nigeria for over three decades now, he and his colleagues have built several schools, polytechnics, houses, business complex and more in Nigeria. He recently advised me to start a real estate business, he promised to guide and coach me. Real estate business is a very cool business to venture in. I have had the ample opportunity to work with over four hundred photographers in Europe, I still have their contacts, they were amazing, kind, very hardworking and talented. I have also learned a lot of photography skills during my photo sessions such s editing pictures with Lightroom, portrait professionals, photoshop and more.

I am also a social media consultant, I help companies to make pictures of their goods and services, post online and tag them, sometimes I build websites, update their social media pages.

I have been a personal shopper for over a decade, 11 years ago, when I visited the Netherlands very frequently, my banker friends from Lekki Lagos Nigeria, my big family, friends, and neighbors in Treasure Garden Estate Lagos Nigeria then used to ask me to buy clothes, perfumes, telephones, iPad, laptops, mp3 players and more. I really enjoyed my personal shopping experience. I am still a personal shopper till date. Over a decade ago, We had two cars, a Chrysler pt, and a Grand Cherokee, I remembered driving often to ShopRite after a long day at work to buy luxurious makeup, clothes, shoes for my friends and family. I was a very busy woman and all my friends and family always loved all the items I picked out for them at the ShopRite shop in Lekki Lagos Nigeria. I have helped several of my friends with shopping for cars, electronics, furniture, cosmetics that was actually my part time job then.

Hello, my adorable angels, I hope you all are doing fabulous! Today’s blog post is to inspire you all ( My male and female blog readers) shops were you can buy nice decent outfits. My current favorite shops and brands in The Netherlands are;

When am in The United Kingdom, I love shopping for very pretty dresses at De Debenham’s and Quiz! Shein is a great webshop in The Netherlands. I bought the white and blue strip dress from them. I totally recommend at least a pair of Tommy Hilfiger Jeans, G-Star and Levi Jeans in every lady’s and gent’s wardrobe. You just can’t go wrong with any of these above jean brands. About a decade ago, I received a very beautiful dress from Marc Jacobs, I still love and cherish the dress to date.

Over a decade ago, when I was living in Lekki Lagos Nigeria, I did my luxurious makeup and stylish outfit shopping from Shoprite The Palms Lekki Nigeria. Amazon, Alibaba, and eBay have also very stylish clothing at very affordable prices.. Hunke Moller has very cute and affordable lingerie too!

Top Nutritional Delicious Food!

Hello, muffins! I hope you all are doing great. I have helped several of my friends, fans and family members to lose tons of calories by advising them on great delicious diets to take every day. During my study of Biochemistry, I learnt a lot about food biochemistry and great essential nutrients. Good food is great but the excess food is toxic for the body. Too much food intake can cause heart disease, obesity and diabetes. Tanya burr and Jamie Olivier has written terrific books and guide on how to make healthy meals. You can find their tutorials online too. Below are essential food items to incorporate in your diet on daily basis. Fruits such as apple, banana, mango etc

Vegetables such as cucumber, tomato, broccoli. It is better to purchase little quality of food that would last you for one or two days than buying too much food that might expire after a couple of days.
Lots of fish, meat, fish, chicken. Rice, potato and spaghetti are paramount.
Lots of water, juice and at least 3 glass of milk every day for healthy bones and teeth. Milk contains calcium. Calcium is an essential nutrient for healthy hair and bone. Fun fact, do you know that you can mix egg, yoghurt and olive oil when you apply it to your hair and face every day, it would help you look very young. You may also mix olive oil, kiwi and sugar on a bowl, apply it on your face as a scrub on daily basis, it will help your skin look spotless.
Last but not the least, exercise often, run errands by taking a long walk, bike, wear amazing cloths ( it does not have to be expensive, it should look neat and presentable and have fun!

Ik heb een aantal van mijn vrienden, fans en familieleden geholpen om tonnen calorieën te verliezen door hen te adviseren over heerlijke diëten die ze elke dag kunnen nemen. Tijdens mijn studie Biochemie heb ik veel geleerd over voedselbiochemie en belangrijke essentiële voedingsstoffen. Goed eten is geweldig, maar het teveel aan voedsel is giftig voor het lichaam. Te veel voedselinname kan hartaandoeningen, obesitas en diabetes veroorzaken. Tanya burr en Jamie Olivier hebben geweldige boeken en richtlijnen geschreven over het maken van gezonde maaltijden. Je kunt hun tutorials ook online vinden. Hieronder staan essentiële voedingsproducten die dagelijks in uw dieet worden verwerkt. Fruit zoals appel, banaan, mango, enzvt.

-Groenten zoals komkommer, tomaat, broccoli. Het is beter om weinig voedsel aan te schaffen dat een of twee dagen meegaat dan te veel voedsel te kopen dat na een paar dagen kan vervallen.

-Veel vis, vlees, vis, kip. Rijst, aardappel en spaghetti staan voorop.

-Veel water, sap en minstens 3 glazen melk per dag voor gezonde botten en tanden. Melk bevat calcium. Calcium is een essentiële voedingsstof voor gezond haar en botten. Leuk feit, weet je dat je eieren, yoghurt en olijfolie kunt mengen als je het elke dag op je haar en gezicht aanbrengt, dan zou je er heel jong uitzien. Je kunt ook olijfolie, kiwi en suiker op een schaal mengen, dagelijks op je gezicht aanbrengen als scrub, het zal je huid er vlekkeloos laten uitzien.

Als laatste, maar niet de minste, loop vaank om je boodschappen te doen of fietsen, draag mooie kleden (het hoeft niet duur te zijn, het moet er netjes en toonbaar uitzien en altijd probeer plezier te hebben!
