How To Take Care Of A Man!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. Today I am going to share with you tips on how to please and take good care of a man.
1. Be very caring and loving. Go together for a nice vacation and give each other a nice relaxational massage from time to time.
2 listen to him always
3. Dress up and look very nice for him. If you do have kids together, take good care of your children too.
4. Be respectful
5. Men are always right, avoid arguing with him
6. Keep his home clean and tidy
7. Send him nice pictures
8. Cook delicious meals for him

January 2019 Skincare Favourites!

Hello, my beautiful angels! I hope you all are doing great! Many of you already know that I am a beauty, business and health consultant in The Netherlands. I do manicure, pedicure, makeup. I also give home care tips, health care tips and cleaning jobs. Well kept toenails and fingernails are very important for attractiveness. I offer my services at my home and also on location. I use acrylic powder and gel from nded. I also use rituals, therme beauty brands, Sabon, lush, only you from Ici Parijs in The Netherlands. Are you suffering from dry skin this winter period? There are some simple ways you can combat skin dryness.

Drink a lot of water
Reduce the heating temperature in your house
Use hand cream from Rituals. I enjoy using skin care products from Rituals. The body scrub is amazing, it can help you achieve clearer and blighter skin. After using a rituals body scrub and shower gel, make sure you massage te body cream into your body properly.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Albert heijn and Jumbo supermarket have great already made fruit salad.
Wear appropriate, clean, nonirritating cloths. You may also want to use makeup to hide blemishes.
Brands such as Clinique, Clarins has skincare lines such as toner, day cream, a night cream that would suit you. Bol.com sells these skin care products

In a nutshell, You need proper skin care products and the right food to have your skin look beautiful. Pay attention to your nails and feet, endeavour to give yourself love and care because you are so worth it!

Awesome Tips On How To Take Care Of The Elderly!

Hello, my lovely angels! I hope you all are doing great. Our elderly parents whom may be eighty years and above are very delicate and they do require special care. My mother is currently sixty years plus and my dad too. I love my parent and miss them so so much and they both love me and my siblings very much!. As their child, I would do anything I can to make sure, they remain proud of me, in good health and feel loved. I have worked in Allevo and Elder in The Netherlands and United Kingdom respectively. During my working experience, I helped elderly men and women with their personal hygiene, home care, cleaning, gardening, groceries and more! The most common challenges experienced by the elderly is loneliness. In this blog post, I am going to share with you great tips on how to care for your loved ones.

Be kind to your mummy and daddy, in respective of their age, color, education, exposure, please love and cherish them.
Visit your elderly mum and dad as often as possible, your love, warmth, hug means a lot to them.
Make out time to dine and wine with your parents. You may take them once in a while to their favorite restaurant for a great meal. Amadore, Bastion and Fletchers hotels, and restaurants has amazing hotels and restaurants for dining
Provide your aging mum and dad with health care tips
The Netherlands has great facilities and home care. SVRZ in The Netherlands is great!
Keep your eyes on their physical and mental abilities
Help them out with legal, financial issues, bills payment and so on.
You may ask them about their favorite meals and help them do their groceries online and have their groceries delivered to their doorstep.
In The United Kingdom, NHS nurses usually visit the elderly at home whom cannot take care of themselves solely, in order to carry heck ups and find out if they do need help.
Please avoid participating in act or behavior that might endanger their health, Our aging parent may have a history of chronic health diseases, bad attitude towards your parent may trigger a heart attack, high blood pressure and so many other health complications.

How To Get Rid Of Pimples Fast!

Hello beauties! Happy weekend to you all! Here are some cool tips on how to get rid of acne real fast.

Please wash your face at least twice a day.
Avoid eating too much fatty food such as pork meat, groundnut, unsaturated oil.
Always wash your hand before touching your face.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
Sleep well.
Drink a lot of water.
Exercise often.
Never go to bed with makeup on.
Use face masker at least once a week.
