My Favourite Hair Care Products 2019!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. I derive pleasure from styling my hair and the hair of my customers, friends, and family. Maintaining weave or your very own natural hair is very important. Below are some pictures of my lovely hair and products I use to care for my hair. Recently, I learned from Youtube how to lay and slay lace wig and also how to grow your natural hair by using rice water. You can buy cool hair products from Etos, Kruidvat, Me gorgeous, Fabulous hair and cosmetics Rotterdam, and also at Sami hair at Amsterdam Bijmer arena.

Hallo mijn beste vrienden. Gaat het goed met jullie? Vandaag gaan wij het hebben over haarverzorgingsproducten. We willen allemaal dat ons haar er goed en verzorgd uitziet. Een goede haarverzorging is dan ook nodig voor een gezonde haardos. Deze verzorging bestaat onder andere uit shampoo, maar er zijn ook talloze andere haarverzorgingsproducten die u voor of na het wassen kunt gebruiken. Haarverzorgingsproducten hebben het doel een goede balans te vinden voor het haar en de hoofdhuid, die past bij het natuurlijke haartype en de conditie van het haar. De meeste haarverzorgingsproducten zijn afgestemd op het natuurlijke haartype (droog, gekruld, fijn, vet ect)of op het gewenste effect. Het grootste gedeelte van de ingrediënten van haarverzorgingsproducten komen uit de natuur. Men kan relatief simpel zelf een haarverzorgingsproduct maken met een avocado, bananen, azijn, amandelolie of kamille. De natuur doet zijn werk goed, meestal past uw natuurlijke haar het beste bij uw gezichtsvorm en persoonlijkheid. Hallo mijn beste vrienden. Vandaag gaan wij het hebben over mijn favoriete cosmetica producten. Cosmetica is een verzamelnaam voor middelen ter verbetering van hygiëne, lichamelijke reinheid en uiterlijk schoon.

Toch blijft het met producten voor de huidverzorging oppassen. We lezen steeds “natuurlijk is gezond”. Maar het is in de huidverzorging hetzelfde als met voeding, alle planten zijn natuurlijk, maar dat wil niet zeggen dat wij alle planten zo maar kunnen eten, sommige zijn zelfs giftig. Gebruik van natuurlijke producten voor de huidverzorging moet dan ook gebeuren op basis van nauwgezette selectie. Indien dit niet goed gebeurt werkt het product niet en kan zelfs schade toebrengen aan de huid. De meest voorkomende huidschade is contactallergie.

Sommige parfums mogen dan lekker ruiken, en ook al bestaan ze uit natuurlijke stoffen, ze kunnen na verloop van tijd eczeem (huidveroudering) veroorzaken.

Welnu mijn beste vrienden, ik ga jullie niet bang maken. Ik wil alleen dit zeggen, gebruik natuurlijke huidverzorging weldoordacht en met kennis van zaken.

Hello my amazing friends and friends, I hope you all are doing great. Do you like being creative like me? I enjoy making nice pictures and modeling. I have been a photo model for over a decade. Today’s blog post is meant to inspire you on great ideas on how to great lovely pictures.

Smile while taking pictures.
Look for an environment with good lighting
Be yourself
Hold something
Tell a story
Avoid straight line
Do not be shy
Wear a nice outfit
Do not overuse the filter.
Use photoshoot, Lightroom and portrait professional to edit your pictures.
Use a professional camera.

Portretfoto’s vind ik het leukst, je maakt namelijk een foto voor de geportretteerde, je probeert hem of haar zo voordelig mogelijk op de foto te zetten. Mensen vinden zichzelf op een foto al snel niet mooi afgebeeld staan, dus het is voor jou veel waard als het jou wel lukt om iemand op zijn mooist vast te leggen.

Hier enkele tips waar je op moet letten om een mooie foto te maken:

-Zorg dat hij of zij lacht of vriendelijk kijkt

-Zorg voor goede belichting

-Zorg voor de juiste achtergrond of omgeving

-Fotografeer op ooghoogte

-Focus op de ogen van de geportretteerde

-Hou de camera stil

-Maak meerdere foto’s en kies de mooiste eruit

Hou deze regels aan en het zal je lukken iemand mooi op de foto vast te leggen.

Skin Care Tips For Men 2019!

Hello handsome men in da house! I hope you all are doing great. This blog post is meant to inspire you guys on how to look, feel,smell good. Having nice, clear skin is absolutely great.

1.Eat properly and drink alot of water. Water is very good for your hair, skin and nail

2. Exercise often

3. Meditate and practise gratitude

4. Use cool perfumes and cosmetics from brands such as Gucci, Dior, Prada, Hugo boss, Rituals. Wash your underarm properly when taking your bath. Also use mouth wash from Listerine after brushing your teeth. Use day and night cream from Biotherm or other brands, You can shop these from Ici Parijs in The Netherlands

5. Wear clean cloths everyday

6Listen to great songs from artist such as Bruno mars, Justin Bierber, Davido, David Guetta, Nikki Minaj, Cardi B, Jayz, and also gospel music.

7. Avoid too much smoking and alcohol consumption.

8. Touch often. Human touch is very important for human interaction, it can lower blood pressure and the stress hormones. But too much touch can make you look wierd.

9. Watch and listen to Ellen degeneres jokes!

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over huidverzorging voor mannen, Er is een nog een tijd geweest dat huidverzorging alleen iets voor vrouwen was. De man moest alleen de huid schoon houden, dus douchen en verder niets. Als de man een creme gebruikte werd hij al snel gezien als een vrouwelijk type, dus verdacht.

Die tijd is gelukkig voorbij, tegenwoordig zijn er volop huidproducten voor mannen, en deze worden door mannen volop gebruikt. Door deze producten willen mannen er aantrekkelijker en jonger uitzien. Je kan ook zeggen dat mannen zuiniger worden op hun huid. Een goede zaak dus.Maar het is niet alleen de creme die de mannenhuid moet onderhouden, er zijn ook veel andere manieren om dit te doen, en ze zijn bovendien gratis. Ik noem er enkele:

-Roken en overmatig alcoholgebruik is een aanslag op je lichaam, je huid wordt er snel ouder door en de rimpels zie je sneller.

-Gevarieerd en gezond eten is belangrijk, bepaalde vitamines zijn een must voor een mooie huid.

-Ga niet onbeschermd lang in de zon zitten, door lang in de zon te zitten droogt de huid uit en veroudert de huid sneller.

-Sporten in het algemeen is goed voor de huid, het beschermt je tegen slechte invloeden van buitenaf.

-Het is verstandig om dagelijks veel water te drinken, het is niet alleen goed voor de huid maar voor het hele lichaam.

Beste vrienden, dit waren enkele tips voor een goede leefwijze en om en voor te zorgen dat je huid er jong en goed uit blijft zien.

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, Vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over hoe stress te verminderen en meer te relaxen.Tegenwoordig lijkt het of steeds meer mensen ziek worden ten gevolge van stress. Als je de huidige maatschappij vergelijkt met die van vroeger lijkt het wel of die veel complexer is geworden. Werk en vrije tijd lopen door elkaar heen, smartphones en sociale media doen er nog een schepje bovenop, je moet steeds bereikbaar zijn voor iedereen. Als je hieraan toegeeft loopt op de lange duur de emmer over en veroorzaak je stress, overspannenheid en een burn-out.

Om deze stress tegen te gaan en meer te relaxen kan je aan het volgende denken.

-Calculeer tegenslag in, niet altijd zit alles mee.

-Leer van je fouten, een ezel stoot zich in het algemeen geen 2x aan dezelfde steen.

-Sta open voor kritiek, accepteer dat je niet alles weet, en dat kritiek goed bedoeld kan zijn.

-Herken je grenzen, neem niet teveel hooi op de vork, je moet ook eens nee kunnen zeggen.

-Sporten is goed voor lichaam en geest, de hersenen worden beloond door genotshormonen, de tegenhanger van stresshormonen.

-Lachen en knuffelen zijn ook goed voor de genotshormonen.

-Als laatste, eet gezond, anders loop je het risico op overgewicht en andere aandoeningen.

During my master’s study at the University of Dundee, I was a student mentor and I coached my fellow Master’s students in Marketing and Management on how to improve their study skills, self-care and achieve good grades. I also wrote a thesis on digital marketing of Hilton Hotels in The Netherlands. I conducted some research on the digital marketing activities of Hilton Hotel in The Netherlands, I compared and contrast with other social media activities of their competitors and also advised them on how to improve their digital marketing. I have also coached SME’s on sales and marketing. It is very important to have great marketing and sales skills in order to earn more customers. For example, Amadore hotels and Roompot holiday homes in Zeeland has a great website. Easy to access and attractive. Here are some skills you need to earn more customers and improve your sales skills. Eneco in The Netherlands is also very good with marketing and sales, the company takes time to train its sales force before sending them to the field. While working for Eneco a few years ago, I had the great opportunity to receive some decent sales training and work with a very professional sales force.

Tips On How To Take Care Of Your Hair In 2019!

Hello my amazing friends and family! First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to you all for your love, kindness, care and encouragement. I truelly appreciate you all. This is a highly requested blog post. I am going to share with you easy ways to care for your hair.

Wash your hair every day.
Use shampoo from Andrelon, Loreal. You can buy these from Etos or Kruidvat.
Use head and shoulder shampoo if you have hair dandruff.
Use nice hair perfume on your hair. You can buy lovely perfume from Douglas in The Netherlands or Ici Paris.
If you do have damaged hair, you can buy some supplements from De Tuinen especially for hair.
