How To Communicate Effectively!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today! I hope you are doing well! Today I am going to share with you simple ideas for simple effective communication. Some persons do have challenges with communication due to language barriers, cultural background, misunderstanding, approach, attitude and other reasons. There are two means of communication, formal and informal communication. In order to communicate effectively, you need to practice the following;

Be kind and be a good listener!
Be polite, calm during formal communication. This tip may be very helpful for the sales force.
Be bold
Do not be anxious when talking on the phone or during face to face communication ( Have your anxiety in check)
Do not be very suggestive when communicating. For example, when you are at a workplace and you are not very happy about the behavior of your colleague, do not indulge in acts that may have the other person seems awkward, or nervous. Express exactly what happened or your dissatisfaction with your colleagues well to the manager.
Be forgiving, do not hold your grudges too long against someone when they communicate ineffectively towards you.
Listen to good audibles that would help you improve your negotiation and communication skills.
Have fun! You know why? No one is perfect with communication!
Attend a course to help you improve your communication skills. I am a professional secretary. I took a one-year course online study with Penn Foster in Pennsylvania Scranton U.S.A. earned my diploma in 2008.

I hope these tips inspire you on how to improve your communication skills. My take home for you guys is never ever judged a book by its cover! Tend to know someone better and try to understand the main reason why people do what they do before judging or before drawing conclusions. The second piece of advice is that, if something or your present job is dissatisfactory, instead of wallowing in negativity, see it as an opportunity to start something which is greater and better!

Importance Of Digital Marketing!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today? I hope you all are doing well. Digital marketing is very important for all businesses, ( small or large scale enterprises). During my master’s studies at the University of Dundee, I conducted intensive research on the digital marketing of the Hilton Hotel in The Netherlands. The findings of my research are that consistent digital marketing can increase the sales of the Hilton hotel and also create awareness.

Digital marketing is the act of using an electronic device to create awareness and increase sales. Businesses can carry out digital marketing by using social media, email marketing, blogging and so on.

How To Improve Your Work-Life Balance Today!

Ciao amore mio, come stai? Hiya, I just wrote in italian language, I said, Hello love, How are you? I feel so blessed to be able to speak and understand several languages. I hope you all are doing well. Today’s blog post is to inspire you on how to balance work life style.

Prioritise your health, like the saying goes, health is wealth make sure you are working in a healthy condusive environment. It is very important to like the job you do, I have worked in several hospitality companies in The Netherlands, i enjoy meeting new people serving lovely foods and beautiful desert, its fun to see the smile on customers face when they are well served and pamperd.

Make time for your family, your children, parent. Work is important, but family always comes first. It is very important to be a responsible parent and have the ability to manage your family and work life style, Let’s say for instance, you are a working class parent and you need to go on a business trip, please do make sure you have your work, family activities well planned.

The Ultimate Guide on Finding a Job!

Hello my lovelies, I hope you all are doing alright. I have coached many of my friends and family members to find a job or to become an entrepreneur. One of my aunt’s daughter is doing very well now in Lagos Nigeria, as a makeup artist, I remembered few years ago, I bought some cool make up items from The Netherlands, and gave some to her as a gift, she later started practising with makeup, now she is an independent t makeup artist, doing the makeup of very famous nolly wood actresses in Nigeria.

Today’s blog post is to inspire you on how to find a job and also some great advice for employers. According to a research carried out by LinkedIn, sixty percent of jobs are unadvertised. Open solicitation is a great way to find a job. Many international students has asked me for coaching on how to find a job as well. Most international students that came from Africa, China, India always faces challenges when they finish their programmes, some of them do wish to stay back in Europe to find a job, but most of them do not know how to go about it because of language barrier, new environment, cv customisation and so on. It is very important to have a job in order to be able to sustain one self. Finding a job is not the key thing, but your ability to keep the job depending on your competencies and passion. My advice to you is to go for jobs that you are passionate about. Some skills such as time management, self-control, Social awareness.

Some cool sites for finding a job ASAP are as follow:
–Gum tree
– monster board
– LinkedIn
– job agencies such as Adecco, Tempo team.

Use key words when conducting research on google and be very specific.

Organisations should have good reputation and good role models to employees, be honest, self-aware, not deceitful, fairness, trust and has best interest of their employees at heart. A great organisations should also be able to create value for their employees.

How TO Be More Productive While Working From Home!

Being able to work at home is luxury because you tend to save time, travel expenses and so on but it does requires a lot of discipline and dedication. During my final year studies, I did a lot my studies at home, My teachers were very flexible , helpful and understanding. I have learnt that the only way I can be productive by working from home is to cancel all distraction. First I do clean and organise the whole house properly, I turn of the tv and tune to radio with nice soul and jazz music playing on the background with very low volume,

Below are more amazing tips on how to achieve productive day working from home.
1. Avoid procastination. Create a to do list for the day, ensure you prioritise all your activities in a good order .
2. Make sure you eat properly. Good food helps to keep you productive and energised. When you are feeling stored after couple of hours working at home, go for a quick run, jogging or other form of exercise.
3. Make sure you dress up properly just the same way you would dress up if you were going to an office to work .
4. Give yourself a peck / reward when you have completed a task.

5. Meet with your coach, boss regularly in order to evaluate your performance and gain support.
