How To Clean Up Some Streets In Nigeria

Hello, my lovely angels! How are you today? I hope you all are doing great. I was asked by my blog reader to share with you this awesome idea on how to clean up the streets of Nigeria.

I am dutch and Nigerian. I love both countries. There are very rich Nigerians who may be able to invest in this great idea in order to make the streets of Nigeria look tidier.

I have visited Nigeria severally since I have been living in Europe, Some streets of Nigeria are very tidy, and some of the streets are not. The following tips below would help Nigerians cultivate the habit of keeping Nigerian streets tidier;

  1. Teachers and parents can teach their students and children not to dispose of dirt on the street. The average Nigerian mentality needs to be addressed.
  2. A mobile app (application) needs to be created whereby the reach can donate to it, the money gathered can be used to clean up Nigerian streets. The money acquired from the app can be invested in unemployed Nigerians so that they can assist in cleaning up Nigerian streets.
  3. Solar panels should be introduced to hotels, banks, estates, and homes more instead of generators. By so doing, the carbon monoxide in the air would reduce substantially thereby creating clean air for everyone.

Great philanthropists such as Aliko Dangote and multinational companies such as Uber, Spar, Shell, Total, Exxon mobile, Philips, MTN, Heineken can help Nigerians by so doing portray good corporate social responsibility by investing in these brilliant ideas mentioned above.

I am a business, it, beauty and health consultant in The Netherlands. Please contact me if you would like to do business with me.

Thank you so much for reading.

October 2018 Favourites!

Hello, muffins! I hope you all are doing great. Yezzz!!!! October month has been so fabulous, we thank God for his mercies, care, guidance, protection, provision, blessings and love. I fell so blessed an endowed. I have decided to share with you some of my October  2018 favorites.

Please do not see my blog post as a show-off, rather see it as a source of inspiration, motivation and more. Many of you my awesome friends and family has come to me and you guys told me that my blog posts have helped you guys improve your business, self-care, makeup skills, self-confidence, better grooming skills, fashion sense, grammar and more.

I have been inspired to create a book, a novel and more. The funny aspect of it all is that my blog is kinda my book to me.
My October favorite is my new job. I am a personal shopper. Self-employed. I love shopping for clothes, books, perfumes, cars, cosmetics, hair products, skin care products,  trucks, generator, hair products and more for my clients. I buy and sell beauty items from Europe and Africa and ship worldwide. I have helped several of my friends shop for suits, shoes, school bags, bikes, hair products, health insurance packages and perfumes in Africa,  other European countries and in The Netherlands for great occasions such as for wedding ceremonies,  graduation parties and so on.

I started my personal shopping business over a decade ago. I remember in the year 2006, I used to own a beauty salon in Port Harcourt Rivers State Nigeria. I had several employees working for me then, the ladies were very good with hair styling and braiding.  Then I had my boyz quarter apartment in Port Harcourt, River State Nigeria. I had very top customers from Shell, ExxonMobil, qedi, red transport Nigeria, Ebony hospital port Harcourt, University of Port Harcourt students, businessmen and women and more. Some expatriates who used to work with Eni Saipem also came to my shop then for a haircut, sometimes I went to intel camp Port Harcourt and Onne camp to deliver my services.

After my graduation and study of Biochemistry in Nigeria, I had to sell my salon than to my girlfriend.  I moved down to Lagos Nigeria where I continued my personal shopping business. My customers in Nigeria were health insurance staffs, bankers, international real estate management staffs, shell staffs delta afrik staffs, wave ventures, and more.

I was also very active in Nigeria, I helped my friends to buy watches, cars, makeup, flight tickets especially workers who work in other cities in Nigeria.  then when I was living in treasure garden estate Lagos Nigeria, I had so many friends then living in the same estate them whom I helped to book their flight tickets to the United Kingdom, united states.

Other of my October favorite is my Instagram and Flickr accounts. I share my nice pictures and items I have for sales. I started these social media accounts because many of you have been demanding ( also male fans) Ekene, don’t you have shoes or clothes for sale? I hope you guys like these items listed on my page. By the way, if you find any item on my blog that tickles your fancy, please let me know, I can get them for you from Europe and ship to you.

I also enjoy coaching a lot, I tend to encourage people to deviate from activities that lead to stress, rather persons should invest their time and energy in self-care and care for others. Sometimes, after a long day at work, we may be very stressed out. It is better to find a healthier way to air your anger, disappointments than trying to put the blame on someone else. There are several ways to indulge in anger management, such as seeing a psychologist, confiding in someone, counting 1 to 10 and so on.

I hope this blog post inspired you. Thank you so much my amazing friend, family, teachers, coaches, mentors for always being there for me when I needed you the most. I am most grateful! Merci!!!

Pros And Cons Of Living In The Netherlands and Nigeria!

Hello sugar! Compliment of the season, I hope you all are doing fantastic!

Well , am so pleased to share with you the pros and cons of living in The Netherlands and in Nigeria. Here they are:

Pros of Living in The Netherlands

1.      The Netherlands is an European country with great health care system.

2.      The Netherlands, with capital Amsterdam is very famous, a great destination for many, worldwide for holidays.

3.      The people are friendly.

4.      There are so many varieties of delicious cheese.

5.      I love riding bike, the people in Holland does too.

6.      Access to the canals!

7.      The economy in The Netherlands is booming and growing, due to brexit, a lot of companies are making their head office to be in The Netherlands in cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam etc….

8.      Access to quality education.

Cons

1.      The weather is sometimes so cold!

2.      The mother language is Dutch, and not everyone can speak Dutch language. I love the Dutch language but a lot of foreigners do not have a befitting job due to the fact that they do not speak Dutch

Pros of Living in Nigeria

1.      Friendly people

2.       Rich in oil and culture

3.      Easy access to other African countries especially the (ECOWAS) economic of the west African states

2.      Too many wild animals.

3.      In some cities, its quite dangerous to walk on the street at night

How to Lose the Baby Weight!!!

naamloos

 21109143299_aeaf5c3c62_o

Most pregnant women prefer to sit and engage in  less movement, this act can increase pregnancy weight. By the way, my  younger sister is heavily pregnant, congrats Sis and a very good friend of mine just put to bed, congratulation!!! I have been there twice and  I learnt some great tips and tricks on how to get back In shape after pregnancy. These tips are:

1. Practise a lot of sit ups after one month of delivery
2. Eat a lot of salad,
fresh fish pepper soup, lots of fruits
3. Tie wrapper  or broad belt around your stomach right and leave it on for hours while you go about your daily activities, this Act help to reduce gas in your  stomach.
4 Use Palmers anti stretch mark on your stomach, bio oil is also very effective. Sliced lemon and giner added to water is a great drink that would help you lose belly fat (Please see more on the video tutorial below)
When taking your bath, use body scrub,  focus on the darker area of your skin after pregnancy such as your stomach and face.
5. Read a lot of articles online regarding losing weight and child care. Babycentre is a great website for that.

Incase you are struggling with child bearing and cant get pregnant. Nordica is a great place to be for ivf. The company has branches in Nigeria and other European countries.

Please avoid too much weight gain during pregnancy in order to reduces the chances of high blood pressure, excessive weight gain and difficulties during giving birth.

I hope these tips were helpful!!!

 I love you

How To Achieve Financial Stability!!!

No matter how buoyant you are and financially stable, it is very important to save money for rainy days. These tips below will help you save money.

  1. Turn of the Television- Television adverts would lure you to buy certain items you do not really need at that point in time of your life. There are lots of financial benefits to this practise.  Less expedicture to ad induced products.
  2.  Stop collecting and start selling. There are some people that thought their collections would bring them riches. You may want to sell all your collectibles such as shoes, cloths, makeup on ebay, etsy, amazon and many other onlie shop retailer.
  3. Make your own gift, than buying from shops. You may include your hand writing on the gift.

You may create a customised card yourself online instead of buying expensive cards.

  1. Repair clothing instead of tossing it, Do not dispose a shirt if you lose a button on it, rather repair it. Learning little bit of sewing skills is a great way to save money.
  2. Avoid eating from fast food. Instead of eating fast food or just nuking some prepackaged dinner when you get home, try making some simple and healthy replacements that you can take with you. An hour’s worth of preparation one weekend can leave you with a ton of cheap and easy dinner and snack options for the following week.
  3. Turn of the light. If you live in europe, before going out to work, turn of the lights and all electricl appliances. Turning off lights when you have plenty of natural sunlight can also help keep your electrical bill down over time. The bottom line: If you aren’t using a light, turn it off.
  4. Plan your spending. Always make a list on the items you need to spend your money on – The secret to this method (if you want to call it that) is to identify what you are spending money on so that you can begin to plan your spending. Once you begin to plan your spending, you will gain control over it and you will be able to plan to spend money on your savings. In other words, you will plan to put money into your savings account. Many people don’t like to plan their spending because it involves a little bit of work . No one is saying that success will come easily, but this little bit of work will pay off big time in many areas of your finances. Just as the saying goes, failing to plan is planning to fail.

I hope these tips inspires you.
