Anytime I went to Nigeria, most people asked me to coach them on how to build a website, blog and more hence I am a professional website builder. I truly enjoy offering digital marketing coaching all my friends, fans, customers.
I have built dozens of websites and blogs. In The Netherlands, the lowest cost of building a website is four hundred euros. Building a great website is very important. In order to start building a website for a client, you need to seek permission from the business owner/customer before building their website. Do not commence with building a website for a company without their permission.
There are few steps to adhere in order to build a great website;
create a professional/ personal email address.
Buy a domain name from WordPress,Wix or other sites that suits you and that is easier for you to work with
Make sure all the pictures, videos, and other items you require for publishing on your website.
Do not plagiarise when building a website or blog.

Some persons do have challenges with communication due to language barriers, cultural background, misunderstanding, approach, attitude and other reasons. There are two means of communication, formal and informal communication. In order to communicate effectively, you need to practice the following;
Be kind and be a good listener!
Be polite, calm during formal communication. This tip may be very helpful for the sales force.
Be bold
Do not be anxious when talking on the phone or during face to face communication ( Have your anxiety in check)
Do not be very suggestive when communicating. For example, when you are at a workplace and you are not very happy about the behavior of your colleague, do not indulge in acts that may have the other person seems awkward, or nervous. Express exactly what happened or your dissatisfaction with your colleagues well to the manager.
Be forgiving, do not hold your grudges too long against someone when they communicate ineffectively towards you.
Listen to good audibles that would help you improve your negotiation and communication skills.
Have fun! You know why? No one is perfect with communication!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well. This is a requested blog post. The elderly persons in The Netherland need lots of care and attention. Persons above sixty years old are considered the elderly. The elderly persons who are well cared for tend to be happier and experience a longer life span. Elderly persons who are isolated and neglected tend to experience sadness, hopelessness, loneliness, heart failure and other disturbing health issues.
In The Netherlands, there are a lot of elderly persons. During my thesis research period with Rotterdam University of Applied science, one of my colleagues conducted research regarding loneliness amongst the elderly in The Netherlands, he found out that most elderly persons amongst his research population are very lonely. Some of the reasons behind the loneliness of the elderly are due to the fact that they do not have frequent visits from their family members and friends, they are not independent and so on. I have had the ample opportunity to have worked for some elderly persons in The Netherlands and in Scotland, then I was working with Allevo and Elder respectively.
In order to care better for the elderly and make them happier, the following are recommended;
Visit the elderly often, at least every day of the week.
Do not make them stay indoors all day for months without making sure their friends and family members visit them. The elderly need company, they need someone to talk to, drink a cup of thee with or coffee and share laughter with. Isolation is very bad and unhealthy for the elderly.
Take the elderly for a nice work in the park, children’s playground or to a nice restaurant for a decent dinner!
Hire help for them
Help them with their daily activities such as self-care, personal hygiene and so on especially for the elderly with mobility issues.
Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Eating alone can be very boring for the elderly
If the elderly is suffering from acute arthritis, rheumatism, hire a physiotherapist or a professional masseuse to help them ease their pain.
