Skin Care Tips For Men 2019!

Hello handsome men in da house! I hope you all are doing great. This blog post is meant to inspire you guys on how to look, feel,smell good. Having nice, clear skin is absolutely great.

1.Eat properly and drink alot of water. Water is very good for your hair, skin and nail

2. Exercise often

3. Meditate and practise gratitude

4. Use cool perfumes and cosmetics from brands such as Gucci, Dior, Prada, Hugo boss, Rituals. Wash your underarm properly when taking your bath. Also use mouth wash from Listerine after brushing your teeth. Use day and night cream from Biotherm or other brands, You can shop these from Ici Parijs in The Netherlands

5. Wear clean cloths everyday

6Listen to great songs from artist such as Bruno mars, Justin Bierber, Davido, David Guetta, Nikki Minaj, Cardi B, Jayz, and also gospel music.

7. Avoid too much smoking and alcohol consumption.

8. Touch often. Human touch is very important for human interaction, it can lower blood pressure and the stress hormones. But too much touch can make you look wierd.

9. Watch and listen to Ellen degeneres jokes!

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over huidverzorging voor mannen, Er is een nog een tijd geweest dat huidverzorging alleen iets voor vrouwen was. De man moest alleen de huid schoon houden, dus douchen en verder niets. Als de man een creme gebruikte werd hij al snel gezien als een vrouwelijk type, dus verdacht.

Die tijd is gelukkig voorbij, tegenwoordig zijn er volop huidproducten voor mannen, en deze worden door mannen volop gebruikt. Door deze producten willen mannen er aantrekkelijker en jonger uitzien. Je kan ook zeggen dat mannen zuiniger worden op hun huid. Een goede zaak dus.Maar het is niet alleen de creme die de mannenhuid moet onderhouden, er zijn ook veel andere manieren om dit te doen, en ze zijn bovendien gratis. Ik noem er enkele:

-Roken en overmatig alcoholgebruik is een aanslag op je lichaam, je huid wordt er snel ouder door en de rimpels zie je sneller.

-Gevarieerd en gezond eten is belangrijk, bepaalde vitamines zijn een must voor een mooie huid.

-Ga niet onbeschermd lang in de zon zitten, door lang in de zon te zitten droogt de huid uit en veroudert de huid sneller.

-Sporten in het algemeen is goed voor de huid, het beschermt je tegen slechte invloeden van buitenaf.

-Het is verstandig om dagelijks veel water te drinken, het is niet alleen goed voor de huid maar voor het hele lichaam.

Beste vrienden, dit waren enkele tips voor een goede leefwijze en om en voor te zorgen dat je huid er jong en goed uit blijft zien.

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, Vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over hoe stress te verminderen en meer te relaxen.Tegenwoordig lijkt het of steeds meer mensen ziek worden ten gevolge van stress. Als je de huidige maatschappij vergelijkt met die van vroeger lijkt het wel of die veel complexer is geworden. Werk en vrije tijd lopen door elkaar heen, smartphones en sociale media doen er nog een schepje bovenop, je moet steeds bereikbaar zijn voor iedereen. Als je hieraan toegeeft loopt op de lange duur de emmer over en veroorzaak je stress, overspannenheid en een burn-out.

Om deze stress tegen te gaan en meer te relaxen kan je aan het volgende denken.

-Calculeer tegenslag in, niet altijd zit alles mee.

-Leer van je fouten, een ezel stoot zich in het algemeen geen 2x aan dezelfde steen.

-Sta open voor kritiek, accepteer dat je niet alles weet, en dat kritiek goed bedoeld kan zijn.

-Herken je grenzen, neem niet teveel hooi op de vork, je moet ook eens nee kunnen zeggen.

-Sporten is goed voor lichaam en geest, de hersenen worden beloond door genotshormonen, de tegenhanger van stresshormonen.

-Lachen en knuffelen zijn ook goed voor de genotshormonen.

-Als laatste, eet gezond, anders loop je het risico op overgewicht en andere aandoeningen.

Beste vrienden, dit waren zo enkele tips om stress te voorkomen en meer te relaxen.

7 Top European Countries I Have Been To!

Hello angels! I hope you all are doing great. I love traveling! Many of you have been asking me, why do I Live in Zeeland in The Netherlands? What brought me to Holland? Well, It’s a long story! Today, I am going to share with you top European countries I have visited.

Whenever you want to go to London, Please fly with EasyJet, you would love flying with them. the airline has amazing customer service and delightful staff. You may want to stay in Premier Inn hotel, Novotel London or in an Airbnb in London whenever you for sightseeing, holidays or for business. During my stay in Creta Greece a few years ago, we stayed in a very beautiful hotel for a few days. We booked with Sunweb, it was a great experience. Hallo mijn beste vrienden, Vandaag wil ik het met jullie hebben over de 7 mooiste landen binnen Europa die ik heb bezocht. De landen die ik heb bezocht zijn Italie, Spanje, Nederland, Engeland, Duitsland, Belgie en Griekenland. Wat het reizen binnen Europa zo uniek maakt is de verscheidenheid in natuur, cultuur en de volksaard van deze landen.

Wat betreft de natuur zie je het vlakke polderlandschap van Nederland en het bosrijke Noord Duitsland in Noord Europa tegenover het bergachtige en heuvelachtige landschap in Italie, Zuid Duitsland en Griekenland. De cultuur in Europa is werkelijk schitterend, elk land heeft zijn eigen rijk historisch verleden wat je terugziet in de eeuwenoude bouwkunst.

Wat betreft de volksaard, er zit een groot verschil in mentaliteit en levenswijze tussen de mensen in noord en zuid Europa, het calvinistische noorden tegenover het katholieke zuiden. Mensen in noord Europa zijn zuinig en werken hard, je moet eerst het geld verdien voordat je het uitgeeft, mensen in zuid Europa doen en denken precies andersom, ze geven het eerst uit en zien later wel hoe ze het terugverdienen. We spreken wel van het rijke noorden en het arme zuiden.

Dus mijn beste vrienden, een rondreis door deze 7 landen is zeer de moeite waard om te doen.

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing well. The solar panel is used for creating renewable energy. The Dutch beliefs in green energy, that is the reason why there is less pollution in The Netherlands. The solar panel generates energy from sunshine. Wind molls generate energy from the wind. The solar panel can be used for your home, farms, offices and more. Goedemiddag mijn beste vrienden,Vandaag wil ik het met jullie hebben over zonnepanelen. Als ik in Nederland over straat loop zie ik op steeds meer daken zonnepanelen liggen.

Waarom doen steeds meer mensen dit en is het inderdaad zo voordelig.

Allereerst dit, voor niets komt de zon op. Zonne-energie is schoon, raakt nooit uitgeput en is helemaal gratis voor ons beschikbaar. Het is slim om daar gebruik van te maken door met zonnepanelen zelf stroom op te wekken. De zonnige dagen worden nog mooier met een kleine zonne-energie centrale op het eigen dak. Want zodra de zonnepanelen zijn geinstalleerd bespaar je al op de elektriciteitsrekening. Ook op bewolkte dagen. En dat voordeel kan oplopen tot honderden euro’s per jaar. Het is dus niet gek dat steeds meer huiseigenaren er over denken zonnepanelen aan te schaffen. Ter vergelijking, de rente op de spaarrekening is nul en het rendement van zonnepanelen is 6 procent.

De ontwikkeling van zonnepanelen gaat intussen steeds verder.

-Bijvoorbeeld de flexibele zonnepanelen, ze zijn oprolbaar, licht van gewicht en geschikt voor talloze toepassingen. Te denken valt voor toepassing op een boot, caravan of auto.

-De dubbelzijdige zonnepaneel, dat levert veel extra opbrengst op. De plaatsing is een stuk flexibeler. Als ze rechtop staan kunnen ze bijvoorbeeld dienen als geluidscherm langs de snelweg.

-Integratie in het dak. We kennen al zonnepanelen die helemaal samenvallen met het dak.

Wat het belangrijkste is dat je na 3 jaar al milieuwinst hebt.

Door zelf zonne-energie op te wekken help je het klimaat te beschermen. Bij het opwekken van elektriciteit in een zonnepaneel komen namelijk geen milieuvervuilende stoffen of broeikasgassen vrij. Wel is voor de productie van zonnepanelen energie nodig uit fossiele brandstoffen, daarbij komt CO2 vrij. Maar na 3 jaar elektriciteitsproductie heeft een zonnesysteem net zo veel energie opgewekt, als er nodig was bij de productie van het systeem. Zonnepanelen gaan zeker 25 jaar mee, de rest van de 22 productie jaren is elke KWh netto milieuwinst.

Dus, mijn beste vrienden, zeker als je eigenaar bent van een eigen woning, je hebt wat geld over, zet het niet op een spaarrekening maar investeer het in zonnepanelen. Je hebt een groter rendement van je geld en je helpt het milieu te beschermen.
