Due to the fact that your well being is so important to me, I have decided to create this blog post to inspire you, For instance, At the University where I study masters in Management in Scotland, a lot of students come to me to seek advice on how to have a smooth looking skin, especially the international student Africans) whom do struggle to find skin care items for darkskin. my plain advice to them is to use the basic items such as nivea, dove, Vaseline. I used to have the same challenges, but I got advice from fellow Africans whom has been living in Europe for decades.
Sleep at least 8 hours on daily basis
Drink lots of fresh orange juice, water and avoid excessive caffeine
wash your makeup items/replace the brush, foam on weekly basis
eat a lot of vegetables
Nivea face wipes, day and night cream, bio oil, garnier face mask are amazing for skincare

I use orange, lime to scrub my face, Nivea face wipes is also amazing for ladies. first do wipe your face with Nivea face wipes before washing your face,it helps to balance the ph level of your face.

Hi lovelies, Here are some of my current favourite food items. Healthy diet is essential for healthy looking skin. Food rich in omega 3 would help you achieve a glowing skin. Cooking from scratch is healthier, buy your own vegetables from the supermarket and prepare fresh meals everyday. Drinking lots of water and good night rest helps you to achieve lovely skin as well. Please do avoid ingesting too much carbohydrate rather consume meals with high protein content such as fish, milk, egg and lean meat.
Little carbohydrate and lots of fruits and vegetables would help you achieve a healthier looking skin. Too much sugar intake is bad for your health. if you can, abstain from high volume of alcohol intake and smoking. Consuming good healthy food will make you look more trimmed, healthy and keep you fit. Exercise is an essential way to tone your muscle, induces excretion and helps you look and feel better. You may want to wash your self at least twice everyday use face mask, facial scrub, day and night cream for your skin treatment as well. Please find below a video with my skin care routine. Hey, lovelies! I hope you all are doing well. Today blog post to inspire you on how you can achieve a younger youthful fabulous skin and some health care tips. I used to work at De tuinen , mooi parfumerie, parfumstar and Kruidvat as a beauty consultant and assistent drogist in The Netherlands. During my working experience with these prestigious companies , I learnt a lot about how to give customers advice related to oral hygiene, hair care and skin care. I love applying cosmetics on my skin.
I do enjoy using skin care product from Dove, Palm olive, Nivea, Givenchy , Vaseline , loreal, Garnier , the body shop and some high end product from Hugo boss, Givenchy and more. You may want to use special facial wash for your face. Brands from Garnier, alumine y Peter Lamas are great for skin care. I enjoy applying Vaseline on my skin. More amazing skin care tip is , You may use egg ( raw) egg as a masker, leave it on your face for 1 hour and rinse.. You may also create your face steam by your zelf. By using boiled hot water , pour it in a bowl, squeeze some Lemon in it , put a towel over your head and steam your face for 10 minutes.
Healthy food play a very important Role for your skin. If You do eat McDonald as breakfast, lunch and dinner, You Will not be as healthy as someone that eats salad every day. Please do not get me wrong here, McDonald is absolutely great if You do Combine some salad and other healthy elements to it. What is your current skin care regimen? I do love love to learn from You. Ysl, Blackup, Maybelline, Loreal are also great makeup brands. During the winter period, a good leather jacket from Omoda is a good buy. Primark has awesome clothing, manicure items and shoes for very affordable prices. In my video tutorial below, you would find some cool handbags you can wear for this season. Spending money on good quality handbags is a must, because it would last for decades. Few years ago, when I was still married, I used to get a lot of present from my hubby then such as handbags etc. Well if you do not have high income for high end products such as expensive bags, perfumes, you may want to save up and give your self a nice present everymonth, its a nice way to reward your awesome self.
Some good brands of bags are Gucci, Prada, Louis Vulton, Cartier, Michael Kors, DKNY, some cool perfumes for winter period is Channel, Chloe, Dolce and Gabana and Hugo boss. Sephora, Douglas, Ici parijs are great retailers. For Men, Channel perfume, Hugo boss, Calvin Klein are good buy.

Body spray such as Victoria secret, Axe, dove are my current favs.

Drinking lots of water is essential to earn a glowing skin, you may want to exercise often. Using some good skin care products such as day and night cream, serum, face wash from brands such as Loreal, Channel, clarins, biotherm is an excellent way to achieve a radiant skin. I also love using bio oil on my face .
Essential vitamins such as vitamin A,C,D,E and vis oil helps alot aswell. Eating well balanced diet, sleeping enough also is paramount.
Being good to yourself sounds easier than it looks, many of us are living lives that are busy, complicated and we often spend time juggling many balls, I for one know that is my life on a regular basis, however I find that I can end up feeling like a headless chicken and there are moments where I just need to take a step to strip back and really focus on ME, so here are some of the ways that I like to treat myself just like I should.
1.CREATE A VISION
Mood boarding, is something I’ve just started doing, if I’m not clear on what I want and how I want to be treated how can I be successful at being good to myself. I love to get a range of magazines, websites and experiences to put an ideal vision of what I want my life to look like. This is a recent activity but one I know will make a massive difference to me. From how having a vision on how I want my time to be spent to how I want my body to look nothing is off limits, as they say without a vision the people perish, and I really believe it is a fundamental step to being good to ones self. I also use Pininterest nd Tumblr website to get inspirational ideas and I do creat moardboard on these sites. I love to buy art works with motivational text on it.
Many of you know that I’m a massive foodie, it helps me be more organised as well as takes up a lot less time than thinking about what to eat every day. My favourites are all thing’s grilled chicken, fish along with lots of beans, rice, sweet potatoes and broccoli.
3.LOOK AFTER MY BODY
We all know that we should be doing this but are we, I have found that having a gym membership often meant that I had money going down the drain constantly, however having just decided on a personal trainer it has really taken my exercising experience to the next level. I also exercise myself. I do 100 sit ups every morning when I wake up and also sit ups before going to bed. It makes me feel agile and ready for the day.
4.LOOK AFTER MY SKIN
My skin is something that has recently taken a back seat with me lately as my priorities have been elsewhere. But with noticeably seeing changes that I wasn’t so happy with I realised that a new routine needed to be put in place Asap. I love the idea of having a simple skin care regimen that doesn’t require more steps then are necessary. From time to time I use acids such as glycolic and lactic to deal with my stubborn skin care issues, but obviously I can’t use these daily. With the new range from NIVEA it has been a great option for consistent cleansing that is deep but also provides touchable softness. I’ve used the makeup wipes for those lazy nights, the cream wash for a quick in shower facial wash and the lotion for a gentle cleansing massage. When my skin feels right all seems right with the world.
Finally mindfulness is my final piece of the being good to myself mantra. Taking that time in the morning, to reflect and be thankful make’s all the difference. Everyone deserves 5 minutes to take a break to reflect, don’t you think? 5 inutes journal by Mimi Ikonn is also a great book you can use for your personal reflection.
