Hello my beautiful friends and family, how are you? I hope you all are doing well. Skincare is very important to me. Good hygiene, a proper diet can help you achieve lovely skin. Below are items I use and recommend for a nice glowing skin

I am a certified beauty consultant with diplomas in skincare, makeup, perfume, and cosmetics. If you do wish to remove discoloration on your skin, acne, scar,s and other skin blemishes, you need to massage bio oil on your skin on daily basis, drinking a lot of water is also recommended. You may want to use Clinique, Philosophy, or Biotherm hydrating lotion at night and day time, these lotions are ideal for men and women.

5 Top Ways To Stay In Shape!

Hello, my amazing friends! How are you? I hope you all are doing well! Today, I am going to share with you tips on how to lose weight. I am a mummy, I gained weight during my pregnancies, after giving birth, losing baby weight is paramount. During my pregnancy, I weight almost 100 kg at the third trimester. I am currently really working really hard to get back to my usual weight of 60 kg, although I am not currently overweight.

There is no greater feeling than having your healthy happy baby in your arms. it is very important for mummy to lose weight because I had caesarean section during giving birth to my baby, I could not start working out until after five months after giving birth, because I was so scared that my wound will open and hurt my self. Below are tips that would help you lose weight

1. Drink a lot of water. Sometimes we feel hungry, actually, you are not hungry, but rather thirsty. rather than eating, drink lots of water

2. Exercise often. cycle for one or two hours daily. You can go for a long walk too

3. Eat lots of fish, meat, vegetable and fruits. Avoid food that contains high carbohydrates ok

4. practise meal prepping and planning

5. Do lots of situps on a daily basis

6. Avoid starvation

Aside from losing weight, it is very important to take good care of your skin, for instance, if your weight went from two hundred kilograms to seventy kilograms, you may experience sagginess in your abdominal area. If you do not work out properly, you may also experience stretch marks if you do not use the right cosmetics.  Please see more skincare advice videos below

How To Achieve Clearer and Even Skintone 2020!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well. I have been a photo model for over sixteen years now. In order to be a photo model, one of the criteria is to have a nice body shape, even skin, and skills for posing. I have shot with so many photographers.

I wish to use this opportunity to advise models, mothers struggling with stretch marks, uneven skin tone after delivery, weight loss, persons suffering from acne, eczema, caesarean section scars and more, tips on how to achieve even, clearer, even, and glowing skin.

I feel so happy, blessed and happy to be a mother. Every parent loves, cherish and adores their kids. Aside from showering all the love, care and tenderness to our kids, we need to shower love, care and tenderness to ourselves as well.

  1. Use bio-oil on your skin. I gave birth to my first child over a decade ago, bio-oil has been a lifesaver. I massage bio oil on my stomach area, scar area, uneven skin tone area in order to achieve a beautiful, glowing skin every day in order to achieve a lovely, beautiful scar-free skin so that I may be able to work as a photo model.
  2. Drink lots of warm water.
  3. Have you just given birth with caesarean section or natural delivery, please do soak yourselves in the bath every day or jacuzzi if you are very buoyant with warm water,  Dettol to the water? Taking a warm bath every day will speed up the healing process of your scars. As soon as your scar is healed, you would be able to get back on your feet to indulge in sporting activities in order to shed the fat on the body accumulated as a result of pregnancy. This tip is meant for all mothers worldwide!
  4. Please use body scrub from Rituals, Dr Kneip every day to scrub your body!
  5. Eat great food. Avoid consuming excess carbohydrate, rather, eat lots of fruits and vegetables
  6. Excercise often, jogging, cycling, situps can help you lose weight and achieve glowing skin
  7. Have fun!

For many years, I have worked with men and women. My findings are, women that did not massage oil on their stomach every day during pregnancy and after pregnancy suffered severing scaring, Tommy sagging, excess stretchmarks.  Women that did take good care of their body by applying bio-oil or any other kind of oil on their skin had less or no stretch marks on their Tommy or underneath their breast areas. A lot of women also experienced sagginess on their breast as a result of breastfeeding.  in order to avoid breast sagginess and excess stretch mark on your breast area as a result of enlargement of the breast during breastfeeding,  a firm bra from hunke Moller is advised, daily administering of bio-oil is also recommended.

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well. Today, I am going to share with you tips on how to make money while blogging. Blogging is one of the best fun activities you can engage in.  I use my real name for blogging, you may decide to have a secret blog or anonymous blog with an abstract name. Below are tips on how to make money while blogging;

  1. Chose a cool name for your blog, e.g Middelburgfan.com
  2. You may decide to blog about photography
  3. You may want to use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or one.com for hosting your site.
  4. Promote your work on Face, book, twitter, Pinterest, youtube
  5. Search for persons that do the same kind of activities on social media and follow their work and try to make friends with them
  6. Promote your work on marktplaats or any other advertising agency
  7. Use word of mouth marketing
  8. Have fun blogging!

How To Take Care Of A Man!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. Today I am going to share with you tips on how to please and take good care of a man.
1. Be very caring and loving. Go together for a nice vacation and give each other a nice relaxational massage from time to time.
2 listen to him always
3. Dress up and look very nice for him. If you do have kids together, take good care of your children too.
4. Be respectful
5. Men are always right, avoid arguing with him
6. Keep his home clean and tidy
7. Send him nice pictures
8. Cook delicious meals for him

Stress can affect your health. Too much stress can lead to heart attack, burn out, a reduced amount of productivity,

There are several ways to reduce stress

  1. Practice exercise such as jogging, sit-ups, yoga, biking.

  4. Eat properly
  5. Listen to good music
  6. Visit friends and family
  7. Practice forgiveness
  8. Do not listen to sad songs

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, Vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over hoe stress te verminderen en meer te relaxen.Tegenwoordig lijkt het of steeds meer mensen ziek worden ten gevolge van stress. Als je de huidige maatschappij vergelijkt met die van vroeger lijkt het wel of die veel complexer is geworden. Werk en vrije tijd lopen door elkaar heen, smartphones en sociale media doen er nog een schepje bovenop, je moet steeds bereikbaar zijn voor iedereen. Als je hieraan toegeeft loopt op de lange duur de emmer over en veroorzaak je stress, overspannenheid en een burn-out.

 Om deze stress tegen te gaan en meer te relaxen kan je aan het volgende denken.

 -Calculeer tegenslag in, niet altijd zit alles mee.

-Leer van je fouten, een ezel stoot zich in het algemeen geen 2x aan dezelfde steen.

-Sta open voor kritiek, accepteer dat je niet alles weet, en dat kritiek goed bedoeld kan zijn.

-Herken je grenzen, neem niet teveel hooi op de vork, je moet ook eens nee kunnen zeggen.

-Sporten is goed voor lichaam en geest, de hersenen worden beloond door genotshormonen, de tegenhanger van stresshormonen.

-Lachen en knuffelen zijn ook goed voor de genotshormonen.

-Als laatste, eet gezond, anders loop je het risico op overgewicht en andere aandoeningen.

Beste vrienden, dit waren zo enkele tips om stress te voorkomen en meer te relaxen.

Cool Skin Care Products For Everyone!

Hello, my amazing friends and family! I hope you all are doing great! Today I am going to share with you some tips regarding skin care products that would help you look younger, brighter and like a diva!

So many of you ( Ladies and gentlemen have been asking me ) Ekene, how do I achieve brighter, less saggy eyes, fewer wrinkles, glowing skin and more. I am a certified beauty consultant with diplomas in Cosmetics, Skincare, Perfume, and Makeup. I learned so much regarding beauty and health care during my studies then in Rotterdam.

  1. Use Aloe Vera, Benevita products by Peter Lamas or Forever Living products. You can buy these products from De Tuinen or online  in The Netherlands
  2. Use an Eye cream, day and night cream. You may shop drugstore products from Kruidvat, brands such as Nivea, Rituals, and Clinique is perfect! Massage your face everytime you moisturize.
  3. Eat healthy food, Lots of fruits and salad such as Kiwi, banana, apple is great for glowing skin. Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Emte have great already made salad.
  4. Drink lots of water, juice, and milk. Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol, it can affect your health.
  5. Use facial brush from Duvolle

August Favourites 2018!

Hello, my adorable sweet angels! I hope you all are doing great. So many of my fans have been very curious to know me better, some of you ask me, where are you from, what do you on daily basis, where do you study and so on and so on. So today, I took it upon my self to share with you some of my August 2018 favourite items. Skin Care Tips 2018!

Hi love, today’s blog post is meant to inspire you on how to achieve proper healthier glowing skin –

  1. Remove makeup before going to bed
  2. Use day and night cream from loreal and Nivea. The Body shop  and lush also as amazing skincare items 
  3. Eat properly.
  4. Drink a lot of water every day, water helps your skin to glow
  5. Use bio oil to clear off dark spots and blemishes
  6. If you have chronic acne or excema, do visit your dermatologist.
  7. Too much sun can be bad for your skin,  always use sunscreen to protect your skin
  8. Sleep on a clean bedsheet on daily basis, wear clean clothes and use clean towels
  9. Use homemade items such as fresh tomatoes, Citroen and eggs as scrub and masker respectively. Never underestimate the magic these items can perform on your skin.
