9 Self-Care Tips For All

Hey loves! Welcome to my blog! I hope you guys are doing well. Today I am going to share with you awesome tips on how to take very good care of your self. My lovelies, try each and every day to take proper good care of your self, never neglect your self. I am a certified beauty consultant in The Netherlands, I earned my beauty consultancy diplomas from one of the best beauty school in Rotterdam. I have a diploma in Cosmetics, Parfums, Makeup, and Skincare. I give coaching on how to apply perfume properly on your body, best cosmetics to use on your skin, makeup, mouth hygiene, skin hygiene and more. I have worked in Parfumery and drugstore companies such as Mooi perfumeries, Kruidvat, De Tuninen shops and also in-home care companies in The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.

I am going to share with you my angel’s simple ways you can take good care of your self.

  1. Change your toothbrush at least every two weeks. Make sure you check the expiry date of your body cream before applying it on your skin
  2. Always cover your toothbrush ( leave it in the packet it came with) in order to avoid bacteria and germs. Use Listerine as the mouthwash
  3. Apply body spray in your armpit after taking your bath. Dove and Nivea body spray is perfect.
  4. Make sure you kiss, hug your lover, husband, wife, children every day. Give warmth, kisses, and care to people you love. Always pray for them too.
  5. Always forgive and forget, never hold grudges against anyone who offended you for too long, its bad for your health
  6. Eat properly everyday, gym often.
  7. Listen to great music
  8. Ladies and gentlemen meditate always. You may want to meditate alone or with your partner. Always have someone close to you, checking up on you, someone that always ask you, oh girl, what are your plans for upcoming weeks, what are your goals, perhaps someone that may be able to help you edit your cv, cover letter, study coach, pick out that prom or graduation dress with you.
  9. Give your self-compliments every day, for example, you may say to your self, Oh Ekene, look at you girl, you are beautiful, oh that dress suits you well, you are pretty, endowed, talented, blessed and loved!

My angels, how do you take care of your self or your loved ones, do you have a loved one who comes around to visit you often or once in a while? do you live alone? when you are ill, do you have someone to help you call 911 or cuddle with you, have a face to face chat, do you have someone who does cuddle with you especially this upcoming winter day? Special Healthcare Tips For You !

Hello family!!! Yes, I called you family because i regard my online community as family. Massage is very important because your muscles get inflamed after working out, getting a massage will help all the toxins in your body out . Massage helps to clean your body internally. I love to get massage on my hair, face, neck and that makes me feel very cool!

Manicure and Pedicure is also very important to make you look so fabulous, it is impotant to maintain your self very well. A nice hot bath will help you feel better and an awesome self care tip. Lush has really nice scented balms and stones for bath. You may also want to try out bath soap from Dr Kniep, you can get it from De tuinen or Kruidvat. Pamper your self by lodging in a very nice hotel with welness Once in  a while, at least once a month!

Spend quality time with your family,  visit cool restaurants such as Fletchers, Van Der valk, Hilton, Amadore, Sheraton hotels, there are also very affordable places to hang out such as mcdonald,kfc, burger king or a short quick picnic by th seaside.

It feels better when you hang out very often with your family and loved once at least every week, because it helps in bonding .

Hallo-familie !!! Ja, ik heb jullie familie genoemd, omdat ik mijn online gemeenschap als familie beschouw. Massage is erg belangrijk omdat je spieren ontstoken raken na het sporten. Een massage zal alle gifstoffen in je lichaam helpen. Massage helpt je lichaam intern te reinigen. Ik ben dol op massage van mijn haar, gezicht, nek en dat geeft me een heel goede gevoel!

Manicure en pedicure zijn ook erg belangrijk om je er zo fantastisch uit te laten zien, het is heel belangrijk  om je zelf heel goed te houden. Een lekker warm bad zal je helpen je beter te voelen en een geweldige zelfzorg tip. Lush heeft echt mooie geurende balsems en stenen voor in bad. Misschien wil je ook badzeep van Dr. Kniep uitproberen, je kunt het krijgen van De tuinen of Kruidvat. Soms moet je jezelf verwenen door in een heel mooi hotel met welness te verblijven. Af en toe, minstens één keer per maand!

Het voelt beter als je vaak met je familie rondhangt en er minstens één keer per week van houdt, omdat het helpt bij het verlijmen.
